Join us in Trout Lake, WA for a networking opportunity for place-based educators. We’re hosting a training designed to connect Pacific NW educators in order to workshop lessons and unit plans to teach at their home schools. We’ll incorporate Next Generation Science Standards and place-based education techniques. It will be fun, and help get you ready for your fall classroom!
Event Details:
Start: Meet at the Mt. Adams Institute Campus (2453 Highway 141) Trout Lake, WA at 9 am on Friday morning, August 21.
End: 4 pm (or slightly earlier) on Saturday afternoon, August 22.
All meals included (lunch and dinner day 1), (breakfast and lunch day 2). $100 stipend for your participation. Lodging included (bunk houses with toilets, showers, and bunk beds)
